Mizrachi Bayit Rabbi Search Survey
We had a great open meeting a few weeks ago at the shul to talk about the potential Duties and Characteristics of a Rabbi as well as a discussion about potential Models for Rabbinical leadership for the shul.
Based on the discussion, here is an electronic survey to give members in good standing a chance to have input into what they feel the Rabbi should be doing and what he should be like. The intention is for the adults in the household to each fill out their own survey if they wish.
The survey will stay open for three weeks from when it's circulated. After that the results will be tabulated and we will have another open meeting to review the results and work out a plan for what happens next.

A few caveats:
- this is not a scientific survey process, but it does serve to get broad input into the process
- we are unlikely to find a candidate that is ideal for everyone, but hopefully we can optimize!
