Laws in Summary:
1. No haircuts
2. No laundry
3. No freshly laundered clothes may be worn. You can wear it for a short time beforehand or crumple it a little on the floor. Shabbos is an exception to the rule.
4. No hot showers. Showers to remove dirt or sweat is ok. Should be in cool water. It does not have to be cold, just not enjoyable.
5. No music - extended from the three weeks.
