Tisha B'Av Schedule and Halachot

Tisha B'Av falls on Shabbat this year and is pushed off until after Shabbat. As a result, there are changes to the normal schedule and halachot.
 
Schedule:
    
Mincha - Shabbat afternoon - 6 PM
No Agadata shiur
No Shalosh Seudot in shul
Shabbat ends - 9:33 PM
Maariv and Eicha - Motzei Shabbat - 9:55 PM 
Shacharit and selected Kinot - Sunday - 9 AM
Mincha - Sunday afternoon - 8:15 PM
 
Halachot:  
 
1. Shabbat  
    a. One may eat meat and wine throughout Shabbat.
    b. Learning Torah is permitted all day. (There are some that forbid
        learning after Chatzot.)
    c. Marital relations are forbidden on Shabbat.
    d. There is no formal Seudah Hamefseket
    e. One must finish eating before sunset, at 8:48 PM
    f. One should not wash hands (except as permitted on Tisha B'Av)  
       after sunset.
    g. You can wear leather shoes and sit on a regular chair until
        Shabbat ends
    h. One should say "Baruch Hamavdil Bein Kadosh L'Chol" after
        9:33 PM
    i. After reciting Hamavdil, one should remove leather shoes and
       refrain from sitting on a regular chair.
    j. Recite Boreh Meorie Ha'Aish on a candle (Can be done before or
       after maariv). Do not recite the rest of havdalah.
 
2. Tisha B'Av 
    a. Five restrictions - Eating and drinking, wearing leather shoes,
        washing (allowed to remove dirt or until knuckles after using the
        washroom), anointing (perfume or creams. Some allow
       deodorant), marital relations
    b. One should only sit on a low chair or stool until Chatzot
        (1:24 PM).
    c. Do not wear tallit or tefillin at shacharit. We wear them at mincha.
    d. Do not learn Torah except for halachot of Tisha B'Av and sad
        sections such as Eicha and stories of the destruction of the
        temple.
 
3. Sunday Night:
    a. You may only drink water before havdalah.
    b. Recite only the berachot of hagefen and hamavdil for havdalah.
       You are allowed to drink the wine (Some prefer to make havdalah
       on grape juice.) No Ha'Aish or Besamim or the introductory
       paragraph.
    c. Do not eat meat or drink wine or listen to music until Monday
        morning.
    d. You are allowed to shower, wash clothes, take haircuts
        immediately after the fast.
